you need to come off everything and begin hcg and arimadex. I would use arimadex at 1/2mg 3 x wk and hcg at 250iu twice wk every wk and attempt to restore any natural test I could. The adex and hcg should help elevate sperm count and natural test over time. I would also use clomid at 100mg/ day for a couple wks and then drop to 50mg day for 2 more wks after you quit everything. Its going to take awhile, possibly a year before you are fertile again. Even on trt there is still a 50% chance of being fertile, but the choice to come off totally or stay on trt depends on how long you have been on trt up until now. If its been a year then Id attempt to drop everything, if its been longer then Id revert to a minimum trt dose of 80-100mg wk and continue on hcg arimadex regimen. U really need a fertility specialist though but for now this is what Id do personally
Marilyn, I have now tried the chipboard, double-sided adhesive, glitter, printable silver foil, printable tattoo paper, and adhesive-backed cardstock…and I’m seriously loving them all! But of them all, I’ve now used the adhesive-backed cardstock and double-sided adhesive on multiple projects, so those seem to best suit me and my crafting tendencies. But I also just haven’t had the time to dive into the others yet, and I know they’re going to be just as fun. Ahhh! So much crafting to do, so many fun supplies, so little time. But instead of freaking out about it, I’ll just advise you to consider your upcoming projects or what mediums feel most like YOU. You may want to create cute kraft paper labels for sealing up baked goods or clear sticker paper for labeling glass jars with spices…the possibilities are endless. You know where to find me if you have more specific questions. 🙂
Maybe try a black bean burger. Top it with some vegetarian chili and he’ll never miss the “meat” I bet. My brother is a full fledged meat eater and he liked the Lightlife Backyard Grillers. They sell them at Kroger around me. I haven’t tried them because they are not vegan. It can make for a better transition burger to a 100% vegan lifestyle. Also try the Masala Burgers from Trader Joe’s if you can get to one, very yummy and 100% vegan.
Maybe also check out the documentary “Forks Over Knives”. It can offer some help on eliminating his high blood pressure and diabetes through diet alone. It’s a big leap, giving up meat, but it gets easier the longer you go without it. Oh and potatoes are great! So you guys can be full-fledge no meat and potatoes people from now on. Good luck on everything! 🙂
