Hey rod . Remember me ? The guy who has been stucked at 225 for over two years ? . I’m following your workout . No clean diet . Eating whatever I want . I gained 4 pounds already but my bench has gone up 20
Pounds in less than a moth doing your workout plan . My squat is 335×8 also has crazily gone up . I don’t do the deadlift part or the lunges . But your workout plan is amazing. thanks rod . One question . If I’m going to this pace . Where do you think I can get with my bench press in one more month ? Realistically? I appreciate your help
At your next editorial meeting, perhaps you could discuss a small amendment to your house style to use a better notation for f-numbers. The '' notation you use confuses a lot of people into thinking that aperture is measured in units of F. Hasselblad gets it right. In their release above the refer to 'The XCD 135mm f/' and so on. This is easy for people to understand as a formula, where 'f' is the focal length. I discussed this once with one of your staff (as I remember, Richard) who agreed that the 'f/' notation is clearer, but said he couldn't do much because it was your house style. Maybe you could change your house style?
A small point maybe, but anything that makes it easier for people to understand should be welcomed.
Sorry, a bit OT here, but just seeing the contrast between what you wrote and Hasselblad's release brought it to mind,
Is it possible for PF muscles to ever fix themselves in relation to us fixing poor habits? For a while after my son was born, whenever I would stand for long periods of time, it felt like all the blood was rushing down to my perineum, and I would have this painful burning sensation in my lower back. I hadn’t found this gem of a site at that point, and was probably doing 100+ kegels daily, trying to be diligent and stay tuned. *hah* After finding this site, squatting, walking 4+ miles daily, and giving up on kegels, (My apologies to the queen!) I no longer experience that pain. I always thought it was just time more fully healing my body, but could these changes have been my body self correcting as I learn better habits?
